I was originally born in Mexico and moved to San Diego at a very young age. Since I have been a part of this great city, especially in the past 4 years, I have been involved with the San Diego Track Club and Front Runners of San Diego. Staying healthy and active is very important to me. I make it a point to never stop moving and strive to challenge myself by being competitive (5K’s 10K’s, ½ marathons, local track meets and other city events). Chiropractic has certainly made a difference in my life. After years of battling with chronic fatigue and migraines, I decided to embrace the chiropractic lifestyle. It was then that I also realized I wanted to be in the profession of chiropractic. In 1992 I earned a Postgraduate Certification as a Chiropractic Assistant from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Later, I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management.

I have been a part of the Life Within team for the past 7 years. I have the opportunity to be the office manager and the privilege of handling all questions and concerns of those who come into the office. Whether it’s regarding your insurance, billing, personal injury cases, or just needing an ear to listen or shoulder to lean on, I am here to serve you.

I have found such joy and peace in being there for others when they have been challenged by their health. I love to encourage everyone and spread the message of the importance of chiropractic care.

I am continually learning new techniques and strengthening my skills through seminars and classes. I always want you to feel you are receiving the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding all levels of Chiropractic care.
